The Plan

Your coach will tailor make a plan for you, designed specifically with information and steps to help you on your new journey.

The plan could include a mixture of some of these things:

•  A new mate — your new coach

•  An accountability message (or a thousand of them)

•  Information/FAQ documents for you to read about the process

•  Some nutrition information - recipes, food prep plans etc

•  A Precision Nutrition profile

•  A Macronutrient goal consisting of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats

•  A spreadsheet to log your daily nutritional info

Once you have digested this information you will have your first Weekly Check In!
