Checking In

Each week you will share with your coach how your week has been - this includes your mood, energy levels, your water intake, wins, struggles, your goals for the following week and literally anything else you want to share. Being as honest as you can allows you and your coach to come up with the best approach on helping you achieve your goals. But don’t worry if you have questions throughout the week you can ask your coach any time.
